Project Scenario

Your mission is to travel back in time to the Civil War and convince leaders that in order to save lives, soldiers’ conditions during war need to be changed.

Step into the time machine, and set the dial back to Virginia, USA, 1862.

You must create a persuasive field report that includes visuals and a data table with statistics.  The report will be presented to Abe Lincoln or Jeff Davis regarding the conditions in the field and in the prisoner of war camps that have resulted in great loss of life.  Your goal is to convince them to improve present practices in at least two areas.
