This document has been created to meet the requirements of the Western Washington Phase II Muncipal Stormwater Permit.

The Bellingham School District is a Secondary Permittee, # WAR045708. The District’s Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) itemizes and explains the elements of our commitment to fully complying with and understanding the regulatory requirements of the Permit. This SWMP is intended as a living document and will be updated on a regular, annual basis.
