How should Bellingham’s plan for indoor recreation play out?

Last December, the city selected a site plan for the updated complex, which includes a planned “land swap” between the City of Bellingham and Bellingham Public Schools to relocate Carl Cozier Elementary School. It also includes space for “new/replaced recreation facilities” and a potential expansion of the Sportsplex.
