4011 Policy – Photographing, Recording Students and Sharing Student Information

Bellingham Public Schools may release student directory information, as defined per policy and procedure 3231/P and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), publicly without parental/guardian consent upon the condition of annual notification in the Family Handbook. This notification provides parents/guardians and adult students the opportunity to indicate that such information is not to be released per this policy’s procedures.
