5022 Policy – Building Use by Union Organizations

Collective bargaining organizations that have agreements and contracts with Bellingham Public Schools shall have the right to use district buildings for meetings and to transact business. These meetings will be held at reasonable times, as authorized in the contracts, provided that this action does not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations.
